  Electric diamond belt sawing machine, designed to make tunnel cuts, vertical and horizontal. The JET BELT 940 is composed of two columns with two telescopic extensions for the machine fixing, connected with an horizontal beam of 462 cm that bears the electric cutting unit. This is composed of the main motor and the cutting arm with the diamond belt installed. The column bases are motorized for an easy positioning of the whole structure. The cutting tool consists of a special plastic belt with sintered diamond segments. Only water is used during the cutting phase, both for lubrication and cooling, so that no dust is produced during the cutting phase. Another advantage of diamond belt cutting system respect to the traditional one, is that no grease or oil are used, so that the cut is very clean and free from pollution load.
